You will only be able to use this tool if you have set up your security questions and answers in IAM (called a Security Profile).
If you have not done this, contact the AHS IT Service Desk for help at 1-877-311-4300. To use this tool in the future, refer to the AHS IAM Security Profile User Guide.
To change your AHS Network password or unlock your account, please enter your User ID and answer the Security Questions.
